How does a collaboration start?

It starts with an intro call where we go through your goals and expectations. You then receive a proposal, and once you agree we schedule the onboarding. After that we get to work on the content ideas, which we walk through with you in an ideation call. Then comes the shoot day, and within a week and a half you have your videos. From intro call to your first content going live takes three to four weeks on average.

What does it cost?

We work from a fixed base and tailor it per client. The number of videos, the frequency, the number of shoot days and whether we handle publishing determine the price. After the intro call you receive a proposal with a fixed price, so you know where you stand up front.

How does payment work?

You receive the first invoice for fifty percent once you have agreed to the contract, payable within fourteen days. We start as soon as it is paid. We invoice the second half after delivery, and for an ongoing collaboration we invoice monthly.

Who writes the scripts?

We do. You see them in advance and sign off on them, so nothing on the shoot day comes as a surprise.

How often do you come by?

Usually one shoot day a month. On that day we shoot everything you need for the month.

Who arranges the location?

In principle we arrange the location, the equipment and everything else that is needed. If you would rather film at your own location, that works too and we agree it in advance.

How many changes do I get?

We keep working until the content is right. Respond within seventy-two hours of delivery and we keep adjusting as often as needed, within the approved script and concept.

Do you publish too?

Yes, if you want. Publishing, SEO captions and timing can be fully handled by us, including the monthly report.

Who owns the content you make?

Once you have paid you can do anything with it: publish it wherever you want, adapt it, reuse it and run it as advertising, with no end date. Copyright stays with us, which in practice only means we may keep identifying our work as ours. Reselling it to another party as a standalone product is not allowed.

Do I get the raw footage?

Not by default, because we deliver the finished videos. If you do want the raw footage, we agree that in advance.

May you show my content?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we show the work we make for you in our portfolio and on our social channels. Anything you give us in confidence, or have not published yourself yet, stays out of it.

What if my staff or customers appear on camera?

Then you make sure they know about it and agree to it. If we bring people to the shoot ourselves, we arrange their consent.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and you should distrust anyone who does. What people do online is beyond our control. What we do instead is measure what works every month and adjust the next month accordingly.
